Our second Charity Clay Shoot was a huge success and it is only because of YOUR help and YOUR support that we can say that!  Over 35 guys (and one lady) came to The Royal Berkshire Shooting School on Tuesday, 5th September in the warmth of the late summer sunshine.  What a glorious day!

The Top Team was won by the rugby stars, Mike Teague, David Sole and Phil Blakeway.  Phil also walked away ‘easily’ with the Top Gun prize.  The Clay Conservationists was won by Accenture this year and Justin Taylor, also from Accenture walked away with a magnum of champagne after winning The Sweep.

The Auction was a huge success with a fishing trip being sold twice for over £3,000, a night in Spring Cottage at Cliveden being 'fought' over by 3 bidders.  A tour of The Loddon Brewery, a corporate shooting day and a night at Spearmint Rhino's were also very popular items.

After meeting the costs involved, we are delighted to have raised nearly £10,000 which will go to our ongoing pursuit of the causes of autism, a lifelong disorder affecting 1 in 100 school-age children.

We would like to thank everyone who came, for their support, for the auction lots so generously donated - no matter how large or small, it made all the difference to our day.  Photographs of the day are available to view or download by visiting our photo album

We CAN hit the target for autism research - but only with your help.
